In conjunction with the final weekend of the Silver Stick Tournament, Port Huron is getting ready to throw a party. It’s the annual Chilly Fest, starting Friday night and running through Saturday night. Included is entertainment for all ages, a chili cook off, the Blue Water Young Professionals bed races, and the PoHo Hot CoCo 5k and 10k races. It all kicks off Firday night at 8pm with Your Generation in concert at the main tent located just south of McMorran. The PoHo Hot Cocoa 5k and 10k races begin at 9am Saturday. The chili cook off featuring ten area restaurant  begins at noon and costs $5. That will be followed up by the bed races along Superior Mall at 3pm. Live entertainment will take the main stage Saturday evening, and there will also be family-friendly entertainment inside the McMorran Theater.
