The St. Clair County Health Department Thursday says three new corona virus cases were confirmed in the county. The three patients are described as a 78 and 39 year old female who have both been hospitalized, and a 54 year old female who is recovering at home. This pushes the current county-wide tally of positive COVID-19 cases to 13. Also announced Thursday was a change in reporting practices for St. Clair County. The Health Department says they will now only be reporting the total number of St. Clair County confirmed cases starting Friday.
