A section of Marine City Highway in East China Township will be subject to road closures and lane restrictions as part of a road resurfacing project. Starting Monday, contractors from Ace-Saginaw Paving will be removing the top layer and applying a new coat of asphalt to King Road between Marine City Highway and Remer Road. The approximately $509,000 project will be completed with lane closures utilizing flaggers. Local residents are encouraged to plan for delays and the construction is expected to be completed by October 1st.
