Gas prices retreat but still above $4 a gallon locally

The price of a gallon of gasoline in Michigan has fallen three pennies on average, that according to AAA of Michigan. The auto club reporting a statewide average of $3.92, which is 28 cents less than this time last month but $1.13 more than this time last year. Marquette leads the state with the most expensive fuel which is still well above $4 a gallon, while the least expensive is in the Lansing Area where it’s $3.80 on average. Port Huron area pumps this morning asking $4.01 on average.
