Cocaine seized at Blue Water Bridge

We’re just now learning of a big drug bust recently at the Blue Water Bridge. Over 100 kilograms – or approximately 220 pounds of cocaine – has been seized by authorities on the Canadian side of the Blue Water Bridge. According to the Canada Border Services Agency, the discovery was made  June 21st inside a commercial transport truck that was attempting to enter Canada at Point Edward. The truck was referred to a secondary inspection when 100-brick shaped objects were located in concealed suitcases.  The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have identified the suspect as 62 year old Nick Shah of Toronto who was taken into custody and  is facing drug trafficking charges.
