The suspect arrested in connection to this past weekend’s house fire in which a body was found inside has been arraigned on murder charges. 27 year old Dustin Tucker of Port Huron Township will face open murder, arson, and unlawful imprisonment charges stemming from the death of his girlfriend. 28 year old Danielle Smith was found dead inside her home home in the 1800 block of Division Street Saturday morning. Tucker was arrested later that evening and is lodged in the St. Clair County Jail. His bond was denied and is due back in court for a probable cause conference June 15th.
