A man from Lansing has died after going into Lake St. Clair after attending the Jobbie Nooner Friday. The Macomb County Sheriff’s Department says 19-year old Ezekiel El Amin and a 22-year old friend went to the boat party in a 14-foot aluminum bass boat. When they were coming back to land the boat started taking on water around midnight. The 22 year old was rescued, but El Amin disappeared. His body was found early Saturday morning about two-and a half miles south of where his friend was rescued. Authorities say both men were wearing life jackets. The U.S. Coast Guard will be investigating.
