Four killed in Lapeer County explosion

Investigators in Lapeer County are trying to determine the cause of a deadly mobile home explosion around 5:00 Monday morning. Neighbors say the home blew apart in the Victoria Meadows Mobile Home Park in Dryden, north of Romeo. Police in Dryden will only confirm that they responded to a fire there shortly after 5am. Four people have been found dead inside the mobile home – where only part of the frame is left standing. Dryden Township police are investigating the cause of the fire.
