Cross border travel is expected to get easier come Friday. As of April 1st, fully vaccinated travelers will no longer need to provide a pre-entry COVID-19 test result prior to entering Canada by air, land, or water. Travelers still may be required to submit to a random COVID-19 test upon arrival. Partially or unvaccinated travelers, such as children, must continue to provide a negative pre-entry COVID-19 test result. More information on the changing testing policy can be found at cbsa-asfc.gc.ca.
