Areas of Kimball, Port Huron, and Clyde Townships will be affected by a planned outage this evening. DTE Energy will turn off electricity to customers immediately north and south of Lapeer Road between roughly Range and Wadhams Roads, including Atkins and West Water. The outage will occur tonight at 10pm Monday the 23rd and is expected to last about an hour.
