Remaining members of the Croswell-Lexington Board of Education have several vacancies to fill, two within the board, and one in the district’s central office. Earlier this week, it was announced that Superintendent Dan Gilbertson will be leaving for a job at a school district in Oakland County. Gilbertson’s final day with the district will be Thursday.
Also leaving is Board of Education Trustee Nathan Butler and Board Secretary Joe Vitale, who announced their resignations effective Friday. Those seeking to fill either spot on the board of education will need to submit a letter of interest by Friday. Additional details can be found at croslex.org.
