A man is in custody following a police chase Saturday night in Sanilac County. Sheriff’s deputies had attempted to pull over a 28-year-old man from Toledo, Ohio while investigating reports of suspicious activity in the area. The suspect was seen heading south on Lakeshore M-25 at high speeds, at times driving without headlights to elude authorities. He lost control and rolled his vehicle on St. Clair Road, ending the chase roughly three miles from where it began. After being treated for minor injuries, Kavon Harrison Haddon was arraigned on multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated and fleeing an officer. Bond has been set at $40,000 .He faces a judge again next Tuesday in Sanilac County.
