Missing 81-year-old man found safe

A Missing Port Huron Man has been located. Port Huron Police reported 81-year old Roger Pendrock as missing and endangered after he left his home to go to the store yesterday afternoon but never returned. He was last seen driving a gold 2008 Jeep Liberty and was last spotted in the area of 9 Mile Road and Woodward Avenue in Ferndale. Port Huron Police sought the public’s help in trying to located Pendrock, who is said to be living with dementia. Shortly after midnight, police announced that Pendrock was located in the City of Detroit and has been reunited with his family.

Port Huron Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing elderly man. The family of Roger Pendrock reported him missing after he left his home to go to the store around 2:30 this afternoon. Mr. Pendrock is an 81-year-old man living with dementia. He was last known to be driving a light-colored silver and gold 2008 Jeep Liberty, with Michigan plate number 0719K7. Traffic cameras last spotted the vehicle heading southbound on Woodward Avenue, near 9 Mile Road at around 5:30 tonight. Port Huron Police are asking to please contact 911 immediately if you see Roger Pendrock or this vehicle.
