Among growing rumors recently about the future of Wrigley Hall in Downtown Port Huron, owner Dan Dooley Wednesday night confirmed that the entertainment venue will indeed no longer be operating within the larger Wrigley Center building. In a statement to WPHM, Dooley thanked his staff and patrons, and encouraged the public to continue to support other downtown businesses.

Larry Jones, developer and owner of the Wrigley Center, confirms that Wrigley Hall will be closing and reopening under different management. When asked about a timeline, Jones said it will only be closed for a short period of time, but did not specify a reopening date. Wrigley Hall’s closure does not impact the 36 residential units and three businesses located in the building – including indoor golf simulator Tee It Up. Owner Dane Wirtz tells WPHM they don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon, “We’re very happy with the Wrigley Center and plan to be here for a long time,” said Wirtz.
