St. Clair County Community Mental Health is getting a new COO this week. Telly Delor is filling the shoes of Tracey Pingitore, who retired just days ago after a 37-year career with the organization. CEO Deb Johnson said in a press release yesterday she’s excited to have Delor step into the role of COO, that her exceptional leadership qualities make her the perfect choice to build on the legacy Pingitore leaves behind. Pingitore is described by colleagues as a model of what a leader should strive to be. She is said to have been an integral part of St. Clair County CMH, having worked as a clerk while still in High School, then as a secretary, and worked her way up to COO in 2014. Delor herself though brings more than 13 years of experience to her new position, having previously served as CMH’s Recipient Rights Director for St. Clair County.
