The Port Huron area will be featured next week in the Detroit Public Television program “Under the Radar” Michigan.
Host Tom Daldin and producer Jim Edelman stopped by WPHM’s dockside broadcast last Friday as part of a multi-day tour of the Blue Water Area. Daldin, speaking to our Paul Miller, says the episode is expected to highlight several new businesses such as Renaissance Man Distillery and the area’s recreational assets.
“This one hour form my door, it’s one our from Detroit, and you can be in a place with great restaurants and shops,” said Daldin. “The beaches… the freighters, it’s kind of a special place to be.”
“Under the Radar” highlights lesser-known tourist destinations in Michigan. Daldin says the Port Huron episode will air Thursday July 27th at 8:30pm on Detroit Public Television Channel 56 and on PBS Stations statewide.
