A body has been recovered from the St. Clair River in Marine City. According to the Marine City Police Department, the body of a 58 year old Hazel Park man was found inside the submerged vehicle Monday morning. Police were called to the scene along South Water Street after receiving reports of tire tracks in the snow that appeared to lead into the St. Clair River. The man’s body was retrieved by the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department Dive Team with help from the U.S. Coast Guard. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
