Threatening note found at St. Clair TEC prompts investigation

An investigation into a threatening note discovered on the campus of the St. Clair County Technical Education Center has found no risk to students and staff. The note was discovered by a custodian after class yesterday outside of  St. Clair County RESA’s Marysville Campus and gave no specifics about any intended target. Police officers from both Marysville and Port Huron responded, searching the building and deploying a K-9 unit. No threatening materials were found and those who may have any information on the incident are asked to call the Port Huron Major Crimes unit at 984-5383.
