St. Clair County COVID cases now at 25 and counting

The latest data from state and local officials shows the number of positive corona virus patients in the local area and across Michigan continuing to climb. As of Monday afternoon, there were 27 reported cases in St. Clair County. That’s up by 11 people from Saturday’s totals. Sanilac and Lapper counties both increased by 3 COVID-19 positive patients each for a total of 5 and 6, respectively. The hardest hit area of the state remains Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties in Metro Detroit. About three-quarters of Michigan’s 6500 cases statewide are in those three counties.
