The Kansas City Royals smacked out 19 hits and beat the Detroit Tigers 15-3 on Saturday. Alex Gordon had a home run and knocked in five runs for KC. Jeimer Candelario and Ronny Rodriguez hit home runs for the Tigers. Game three of the weekend series is set for Sunday afternoon at Comerica Park.
