Brandon Dixon hit a three run home run in the bottom of the tenth to give the Detroit Tigers a 5-2 win over Kansas City on Sunday, giving the Tigers two out of three over the weekend against the Royals. The Tigers open a three game series against the Angels on Tuesday at Comerica Park.
