No. 15 Michigan State won its third game in a row and became the first road team to win in a Big Ten game this season. Cassius Winston scored 21 to pace the Spartans in their 77-72 win over Northwestern. Xavier Tillman had 15 points and Gabe Brown added 11 points and ten rebounds. MSU will host Eastern Michigan on Saturday.
